Booking and Confirmation
Prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. The amount depends on the apartment that has been booked.
Down payment deposit is required to be made by credit card or via bank transfer. The outstanding balance must be paid by credit card or cash the day of arrival.
Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until Homely Places has received initial prepaid amount you have received a confirmation email from Homely Places.
Please note that the deposit for all reservations is non-refundable or transferable.
Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our cancellation policy.
In case Homely Places unable to provide the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer to a property of similar characteristics.
All cancellations or changes must be made by email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
On arrival you will be asked customers a damage deposit, and a number of credit card to ensure that the apartment has been returned in good condition. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that any damages caused by you or the persons accompanying him will be deducted from your bond. Depending on the apartment the deposit varies from 200-500 Euros.
This deposit must be paid by cash or credit card.
Arrival and check-in
Please be sure to tell the approximate time of arrival, so we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any delays or changes.
Your contact person will have their phone number and email address in case we need to contact you about your arrival time.
You should call your contact person upon arrival in Barcelona.
Departure and Check out
The outputs depend on the conditions of the rented apartment. If you require a later departure please ask at check-in if possible. We will try to accommodate your request, if possible.
The apartment is cleaned before arrival of each client. The cost of cleaning up to each apartment. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition, with all trash disposed of.
Please note the Terms and Conditions of Homely Places, with regard to disturbances, loud music and parties are banned. Guests staying in an apartment Homely Places should know that if the voice and loud music are heard, or neighbors complain and call the police, may result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.
The customer is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him. Should that person, or any accompanying persons not behave in a proper and responsible, Homely Places shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.
This also means the loss of prepaid rent and refundable security deposit. Also note that by booking with Homely Places already accepted our terms and conditions.
